LIMA —The City of Lima announced the launch of the Arctaris-Lima Opportunity Zone Fund initiative.
The $25 million commitment to invest capital in companies and projects will target the city’s opportunity zones in Downtown Lima, the Bellefontaine Avenue corridor and the West Market Street corridor.
The program will focus on mixed-use development and market-rate housing and promises to bring businesses, new housing and jobs to the area through an initial $5 million load and $20 million in additional funding.
