LIMA — Ohio’s vice chancellor of higher education made a surprise visit to Lima schools Tuesday.
Chancellor Gary Cates presented Laura Ball, a coordinator for the school district’s adult education and career pathways program, with two chancellors awards for increasing student performance and exceeding enrollment targets.
Cates observed the district’s new English for speakers of other languages program during his visit.
