LEIPSIC — A 5K run-walk to raise awareness for suicide prevention will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, at the Leipsic Fogle Center, 815 E. Mathias St., Leipsic.
The Putnam County Suicide Awareness Committee organized the event to provide information on crisis support and mental health services available in the community.
The event will include speakers, school counselors and a memorial to people lost to suicide, as well as food trucks and entertainment like face painting, bounce houses and a dunk tank.
