COLUMBUS — Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has ordered United States and Ohio flags to be flown at half-staff on Sept. 11 in honor of those killed in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
DeWine also asked all Ohioans to observe a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m.
