LIMA — The Lima Public Library recently received a donation from the families and friends of the late Basilda Rockhold.
In tribute to Rockhold’s lifelong passion for reading and her later embrace of audiobooks after a stroke, the group contributed nearly $4,000 to expand the library’s collection of Wonderbooks.
Wonderbooks, which blend traditional reading with embedded audio, are an homage to Rockhold’s love for books and audiobooks.The donation will enhance the library’s collection, providing numerous Wonderbooks to eager readers of the future.
