BLUFFTON — A political science professor from the University of Findlay will discuss the legacy and resilience of the U.S. Constitution at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, in Yoder Recital Hall on the Bluffton University campus, 1 University Drive, Bluffton.
The Constitution Day lecture, presented by Robert Postic, is free and open to the public.
