LIMA — The Lima finance and human resources committees held a joint meeting Tuesday night to approve a pay grade increase for the city’s budget analyst position.
Councilman Jon Neeper called the meeting to order after the position was reclassified as senior budget analyst.
The committees approved an ordinance to go back to council for a second reading in a meeting Monday, Sept. 9.
