LIMA — The annual Unity Elementary carnival will return at 12:30 to 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23 at Unity Elementary School, 925 E. Third St., Lima.
Grace Community Church and the Kids Hope mentoring program organized the event, which will feature games and prizes to kick off the new school year.
