LIMA — Policy director of “Honesty in Education” Rachel Coyle will speak at a lunch and learn from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15 at Milano Cafe at 2383 Elida Road in Lima.
Coyle will share information about the cost of the EdChoice voucher program and its impact on the state and public school budget.
