A man reported Aug. 3 that his wife was scammed out of $3,000 by a fraudulent person claiming to be from Apple.
100 block of East Second Street, Delphos — Officers responded to a property damage crash Aug. 3. One person was cited for improper backing.
200 block of West Fifth Street, Delphos — Employees at a business reported Aug. 3 that two men left the business without paying for their items. Officers located the men a short time later.
A man reported Aug. 3 that his roommate assaulted him a week ago and is afraid his roommate will do it again.
100 block of East Second Street, Delphos — Officers made contact with Darwin Rapolo, 30, who was intoxicated and refusing to leave a business Aug. 4. He was arrested and taken to the Allen County Jail for disorderly conduct.
Officers were asked to perform a well-being check on a man Aug. 4 because his family members had not heard from him. The man, a truck driver, was located dead by officers in his truck. Officers said there were no signs of foul play.
900 block of North State Street, Delphos — Officers responded to a fight Aug. 4.
24000 block of Lincoln Highway, Delphos — Officers responded to a domestic disturbance Aug. 4.
Anthony Bonifas, 26, of Delphos, was issued a summons to appear in court for menacing Aug. 4.
800 block of East Fifth Street, Delphos — A man was criminally trespassed from a business Aug. 5.
Elida Road near Baugh Road, Delphos — Officers responded to an unresponsive woman inside a parked, locked vehicle Aug. 5. They forced entry into the vehicle and the woman was taken to the hospital for a medical emergency.
400 block of West First Street, Delphos — A crash involving a car and a juvenile on a bicycle occurred Aug. 6. It was determined the juvenile failed to stop at the intersection and rode into the path of the car. The juvenile was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Spencerville Road at Holland Avenue, Delphos — A property damage crash occurred Aug. 6. A man was cited for making an improper turn at an intersection.
600 block of West Third Street, Delphos — Officers helped someone in need of mental health assistance Aug. 6.
1000 block of Elida Avenue, Delphos — A woman reported damage to her vehicle Aug. 7.
A woman came to the Delphos Police Department Aug. 7 after being in a road rage incident with a man. The woman said the man followed her to the station then left the area.
East Fifth Street, Delphos — Officers responded to a motorcycle crash Aug. 7. The rider had minor injuries.

500 block of West Clime Street, Delphos — Officers took a theft complaint Aug. 10 as items from two vehicles were taken overnight. Officers later located a man who was in possession of one of the stolen items. He will be charged with receiving stolen property, and the incident is still under investigation.
900 block of East Fifth Street, Delphos — Officers responded to fighting Aug. 10.
