LIMA — The West Ohio Community Action Partnership is processing enrollment and re-verification applications for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus Program, which helps customers manage energy bills.
Any households with utility service regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Ohio with income at or below 175 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for up to seven household members and for eight or more members at or below 60 percent of the State Median Income are eligible for the PIPP Plus Program.
