LIMA — Individuals of all abilities are invited to Lima Lake for adaptive kayaking, volleyball and corn hole from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, at Ottawa Metro Park, 2632 Ada Road, Lima.
Participants will have roughly 20 minutes to kayak on the lake due to anticipated attendance.
The event is hosted by the Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities and Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District, which received a grant for an all-abilities kayak launch last year.
