St. Marys attorney selected for Ohio State Bar board

ST. MARYS — A St. Marys attorney started a three-year term on the Ohio State Bar Association Board of Governors on July 1 to represent Ohio Bar member attorneys in Allen, Auglaize, Hardin and Mercer counties.

Zach Ferrall is a partner at Noble, Montague and Moul LLC in St. Marys where he focuses on estate planning, probate, real estate and general litigation. He is also a member and past president of the Auglaize County Bar Association. Ferrall is the law director for the city of St. Marys and is an adjunct professor at Wright State University Lake Campus.

In Auglaize County, he has served on the Auglaize County Board of Elections and the board of trustees for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Auglaize, Mercer and Van Wert counties. He is active in the Chamber of Commerce and the St. Marys Rotary Club, where he previously served as president.

Ferrall received his undergraduate degree from Wright State University, his master’s from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from Ohio Northern University.

The Ohio Bar Board of Governors is a 24-member volunteer body that manages the association’s business affairs, sets policy and reviews pending legislation on behalf of the members. Twenty-one members are elected by attorneys in their districts and three members serve as at-large appointees.
