Fugatt
LIMA — An attempted serving of a search warrant Monday by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office required the assistance of the Allen County SWAT Team.
Deputies attempted to serve the search warrant to Jonathan Fugatt, 51, of Lima, who was at a residence in the 4000 block of Willow Street in American Township. Deputies confirmed Fugatt barricaded himself in the residence. The SWAT team entered the residence and took Fugatt into custody without any further incident.
Fugatt is being held at the Allen County Jail on a parole violation and obstructing official business. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected to be presented to an Allen County grand jury at a later date.
