LIMA — Former prisoner of war Jessica Lynch will speak at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23 at Veterans Day for the Allen County Fair at the fairgrounds at 2750 Harding Highway in Lima.
The theme of this year’s Veterans Day is “Quality of Life.”
