WAPAKONETA — The Auglaize County Historical Society is inviting those attending the Auglaize County Fair on Monday, July 29 through Saturday, Aug. 3, to visit the Gary Log House at the northwest corner of the fairgrounds, 1001 Fairview Drive, Wapakoneta.
The historic structure will house the exhibit, “Auglaize County: A Force of Nature.” The exhibit includes images from the county as it faced catastrophic events like the 1913 flood, the 1920 Moulton tornado, the 1950 Thanksgiving snowstorm and the 1978 blizzard.
The cabin will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Aug. 3.
