WAPAKONETA — A Wapakoneta man was arrested Monday for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a minor.
Timothy Schroer, 47, of Wapakoneta, was arraigned in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony of the third degree. A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf. His bond was set at $17,500 cash or surety.
Judge Frederick Pepple ordered Schroer to be examined by a physician to determine if he is suffering from a venereal disease.
A telephonic pre-trial hearing is scheduled for July 29.
