Brown’s American flag bill passes House

WASHINGTON D.C. — U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced a bipartisan bill to make American flags in the United States passed the House of Representatives on Monday.

The All-American Flag Act would require the federal government to only purchase American flags produced and manufactured in the country and will head to President Biden’s desk to be signed into law.

The bill previously passed the Senate last November.
