Jordan, House Oversight to hold hearing on pharmacy benefit managers

WASHINGTON D.C. —The House Oversight Committee will hold a hearing called “The Role of Pharmacy Benefit Managers in Prescription Drug Markets Part III: Transparency and Accountability” at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 23.

The hearing, to discuss legislation to ban incentives for Pharmacy Benefit Managers securing rebates from drug companies, will be livestreamed at oversight.house.gov and will be open to the public.

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Urbana, will be among the Ohio congress members responding to a letter from Ohio businesses voicing their concerns about the proposed legislation.
