LIMA —The Lima Allen County Regional Planning Commission’s Community Development Committee took a tour on the RTA trolley Thursday to explore the development of downtown Lima.
The committee heard from speakers such as John Heaphy, Rob Nelson and Kirk Niemeyer about coordination between the city and entrepreneurs about working to grow a city.
