LIMA — The Rally Point Youth Center will hold its 16th annual River Ride Bike Tour all day starting at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, July 27, starting at the Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 2500 Ada Road, Lima.
An estimated 200 participants will ride along four routes of varying difficulty.
