LIMA — The City of Lima announced a resource guide to help homeowners repair, rehabilitate and remain in their homes.
The guide is available at bit.ly/3Wf1c66 and includes information from federal, state and local entities for homeowners to find funding sources, tax abatement programs and legal assistance among other things.
The city used the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Distress Cities Technical Assistance Program with enterprise community partners to publish the guide.
