CRIDERSVILLE — The Cridersville Historical Society will walk in honor of veterans at 7 p.m. Friday, July 12, in Legacy Park, 300 E. Main St., Cridersville.
The first 25 banners featuring local veterans will be displayed along the park’s sidewalks, according to a news release for the event, which will include patriotic music, an honor guard rifle salute and roll call of local veterans.
A re-enactment of World War II will also take place at 6 p.m. Friday at Legacy Park as part of the Fireman’s Jamboree. Re-enactors will perform a second show at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Tower Park, 207 S. Waters St., Cridersville.
