Information on immigrant services sought by Lima Newcomer Coalition

LIMA — The Community Connections subcommittee of Lima’s Newcomer Coalition, a project of the Lima-Allen County Chamber Foundation, is surveying churches in and around Lima to determine what faith- and community-focused activities and services are being provided to immigrant residents.

The subcommittee hopes to reach every faith community but has an incomplete list of email addresses, according to spokesperson Rachel Barber. Leaders of congregations at St. John and St. Rose churches who have not received the invitation and survey link are asked contact the churches’ office at 419-222-5521 and provide a contact name and email address.
