Wapak saves $115K through OMAP

WAPAKONETA — Ohio Treasurer Robert Sprague announced that the City of Wapakoneta saved $115,238 in interest costs through the Ohio Market Access Program.

The state is using the credit enhancement program to help communities like Wapakoneta, Elyira, Louisville, North Olmsted and Parm Heights save a combined $155,223 by leveraging excess liquidity and high short-term credit rating to improve market access and lower borrowing rates.
