CELINA — The Celina Lake Festival will return from July 26 to 28 to Grand Lake, with activities taking place on Lake Shore Drive in Celina.
The International Amphicar Owners Club will send 30 to 40 amphicars to participate in the Amphicar Splash-in and the grand parade Saturday, July 27.
