COLUMBUS — Ohio Rep. Roy Klopfenstein, R-Haviland, co-sponsored legislation exempting milkweed seed distribution recently, which passed the Ohio House of Representatives on Wednesday and will head to the Senate next.
Rep. Dave Dobos, R-Columbus, also sponsored House Bill 364, which exempts any non-commercial seed sharing to conserve plants that are necessary for the sustainment and growth of threatened or endangered species.
