LIMA — The Allen County Democrat Party has opened a permanent headquarters in Lima. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening event was held June 7 at the site, located at 1209 Allentown Road.
The guest speaker for the event was Shelby County Democrat Party Chairman Chris Gibbs. Gibbs is a farmer in Shelby County and one-time Republican Party chair in that county.
