LIMA — The West Ohio Community Action Partnership will hold a Landlord Incentive Program to increase the number of landlords renting to at-risk individuals and secure permanent housing for them.
The program, run in conjunction with the Mental Health and Recovery Service Board of Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties, will send assistance at a maximum of $2,000 for landlords who rent to tenants with criminal records, experiencing mental health crises, exiting hospitals and experiencing substance use disorders.
