BLUFFTON —The Bluffton Police Department will dedicate its new Fallen Officers Memorial at 10 a.m. Sept. 23 at Bluffton Town Hall.
The public is invited to attend the dedication of the memorial which is designed to honor officers who have died in the line of duty while serving the Bluffton community, including Owen Grandstaff, Frank Herrmann and Dominic Francis.
