LIMA—A new grant program through Downtown Lima Inc., will help business and property owners downtown install new windows, awnings, signage doors and other exterior improvement projects.
The façade improvement grant, sponsored by First Financial Bank, will match project funds that owners are already investing into their properties.
“Revitalizing facades and preserving our historic buildings is of the utmost importance to Downtown Lima Inc., and we’re happy to facilitate this program for our beautiful downtown,” Downtown Lima Executive Director Betsy Billingsly said in a press release Thursday.
