WAPAKONETA — Wapakoneta sophomore Grace LaMarr will attend the Conference on National Affairs in North Carolina. LaMarr is one of 15 delegates from Ohio selected to attend the conference.
She previously participated in state-level youth and government assemblies and earned recognition as an outstanding judicial delegate, according to a news release from the Wapakoneta YMCA, which sponsors the nation-wide youth and government program.
