LIMA — The City of Lima is partnering with the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America to increase homeownership. A three-day event will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 28 through the 30 at LACNIP, 1440 W. Spring St. According to a recent ordinance, the goal is to transition city-owned residential properties into ‘owner-occupied’ homes.
