ALLEN COUNTY — The Lima-Allen County Safe Community Coalition released a report of the fatal crashes in Allen County Tuesday morning. In Allen County, there was one fatal crash during January. The crash took place on a township road. The use of alcohol or drugs is unknown. A seatbelt was available but not used.
