LIMA — West Ohio CAP Head Start is now enrolling children for the school year of 2022-2023. There are four head start classrooms for children ages 3-5 and early head start classrooms for newborns to 3-year-olds. The program is income based. There is priority enrollment for children currently in foster care. They are fully in-person and no masks are required. Classes are held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The central office is located at 540 S.
