SIDNEY — The Ohio Department of Transportation District 7 congratulated Wapakoneta schools for finishing second in the Paint the Plow contest.
ODOT employees judged 14 different plows that were painted by students throughout the district. The top six were on display at the ODOT headquarters in Sidney.
The painting depicts several cars and a snowplow and has the saying “Don’t Crowd the Plow” and “Wapakoneta Redskins.” The plow will be used during the winter months to use on roadways in the school district.
