Luis M. Rocha, 25, 162 S. Locust St., Ottawa, entered an admission to violating the terms of supervision. The violations included operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license on March 31, failing to report to his supervising officer as directed on March 28 and April 6, failing to turn in proof of employment and failing to comply with his 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew. His bond was revoked and he was ordered to the county jail pending further orders.

Neil Bibler, Continental, and Tabitha Bibler, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Dec. 11, 2010 in Ayersville, and have two children.

Cathy L. Ritter, Ottawa, and Jason C. Ritter, Wadsworth, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 2, 2010 in Putnam County, and have no children.

Susan Ellerbrock, Findlay, and Robert Ellerbrock, Hamler, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 5, 2006 in Putnam County, and have no children.

Robert Vogt, 54, 604 E. Third St., Ottawa, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

May 31

Douglas A. Shively, 58, 145 S. Main St., Hamler, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $625 suspended, three-year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. Charges of left of center and open container were dismissed.

John L. Guyton, Jr., 37, 404 Perry St., Melrose, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. He was also fined $25 for seat belt.

June 2

Dianne D. Lugibihl, 37, 631 W. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine
