LIMA — The Lewis Family McDonald’s will be hosting a bull-riding meet and greet from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the McDonald’s located at 1920 Harding Highway, Lima. Visitors will have a chance to get close to a bull and meet a bull rider, stock contractor, and rodeo clown.
This event kicks off a weekend of bull riding featuring more than 30 riders from four countries and 14 states, competing for prize money at the Schmidthorst Pavilion at the Allen County Fairgrounds. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Friday and the event begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25 by Thursday, or $30 at the gate.
