Sara E. Storer, 39, 600 W. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for possession of heroin. She was given credit for 196 days served and placed on three years community control.

Heather L. Wiswasser, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Dustin M. Kunz, Celina. They were married Feb. 12, 2015, in Delphos, and they have no children.
Maria D. Hites, Findlay and Anthony D. Hites, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 13, 2013, in Sellersburg, Indiana, and have one child.

Alice F. Krontz, Columbus Grove, and Jerry J. Krontz, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 30, 1994, in Putnam County, and have no children.
May 25
Joseph K. Patton, 27, 16440 U.S. Route 224, Kalida, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for possession of drugs (heroin). He must undergo alcohol and drug monitoring, obtain employment and was placed on three years community control. His driver’s license was suspended for six months. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Katie S. Cunningham, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from George D. Cunningham, Continental. They were married Jan. 22, 2014, in Putnam County, and have no children.
Allen L. Kemp Jr., Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Barbara Keefer, West Palm Beach, Florida. They were married Aug. 27, 2003, in Annapolis, Maryland, and have no children.
Breann R. Lammers, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Nicholas J. Lammers, Leipsic. They were married June 11, 2005, in Leipsic, and have three children.
May 27
Donald R. Gee, 53, 302 E. Sugar St., Continental, was sentenced to 20 days jail for attempted tampering with evidence, with credit for 10 days served. Gee was also given a suspended sentence of 30 days jail for possession of marijuana and a license suspension for six months. He must undergo drug and alcohol assessment and treatment and was placed on three years community control.
Kevin Daniels, Cairo, was granted a divorce from Mon’a Daniels, Columbus Grove. They were married Aug. 16, 2003 in Columbus Grove, and have three children.

Derek M. Schwab, 32, 18637 Road I-17, Cloverdale, charged with having weapons under disability, a felony, bound over to Common Pleas Court.
May 19
Shawn A. Phalen, 47, 946 N. West St., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failure to control. Sentence: $100 fine. A charge of criminal damaging/endangering was dismissed.
May 20
Dallas J. Patino, 22, 3077 E. 11th St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
Courtney E. Watkins, 25, 205 Sugar Ridge Road, Gilboa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine.
Aaron L. Osting, 38, 9145 Mericle Road, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of OVI was dismissed.
May 23
Amanda Young, 24, 18877 Road R, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of driving under OVI suspension was dismissed.
Blake L. Basinger, 22, 1822 Mound Road, Apt. 3, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit given for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of headlights required was dismissed.
May 24
Trenton R. Renner, 41, 18571 Road 9Q, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and pay $250 restitution. He also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $150 fine. A charge of OVI was dismissed.
Jacob Warnimont, 20, 266 S. Walnut St., Apt. 2, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension. Sentence: $250 fine.
