LIMA — The Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is asking drivers to pay better attention to what drivers have the right-of-way and to remember to yield.
In Ohio, crashes caused by failure to yield were up nine percent in 2015 from the previous year. Fatal crashes involving someone who failed to yield were up 28 percent.
