GLANDORF — Gary Rosengarten, of Glandorf, scratched the Ruby Red 7’s instant game and won a $300,000 top prize, the Ohio Lottery announced Thursday.
Rosengarten purchased the ticket at Express Mart in Ottoville. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent, Rosengarten received $213,000. Express Mart receives a $3,000 bonus for selling a top prize-winning Ruby Red 7’s game.
