LIMA — The PCS Nitrogen facility in Lima experienced a small fire when shutting down the ammonia unit at 4 p.m. Monday.
The fire was extinguished by on-site emergency response team members. The Shawnee Fire Department was responded to the scene to provide mutual aid.
All personnel were accounted for and there were no reported injuries.
