Nov. 19

Joseph S. Saldana, 30, 300 E. Main St., Belmore, was sentenced to 30 days jail for felony nonsupport. He was given credit for one day served and was placed on three years’ community control. He must obtain a valid driver’s license within one year, submit at least five job applications per week and report all efforts to obtain employment in writing to his supervising officer. He must pay child support upon obtaining employment.

Nov. 23

Susan C. Krusinski, 46, 218 West St., Columbus Grove, was placed on three years community control for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included acting in a disorderly manner while intoxicated in Columbus Grove on Sept. 13, 2015. She was ordered to completed the program at Serenity Haven, undergo drug and alcohol use monitoring, obtain employment, have no contact with the co-defendants and her driver’s license was suspended for six months. She was originally convicted of possession of cocaine.

Nov. 24

Carrington Mortgages Services, LLC, Santa Ana, Calif., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Elizabeth A. Geckle, Columbus Grove, and Vergil L. Geckle, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $109,864.07, plus interest and costs.

Joshua L. Groves, 38, Chillicothe Correctional, was granted judicial release and remanded to the WORTH Center. He was originally convicted of trafficking in drugs.

Nov. 25

The case against Nicholas A. Okuley, 21, 12508 Road G, Ottawa, was dismissed without prejudice and without court costs. He had been charged with possession of drugs.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Nov. 19

Nelson A. Cruz, 21, 1441 N. Cable Road, Lima, pleaded guilty to public indecency. Sentence: 60 days jail, 58 days suspended, $250 fine and placed on six months’ probation.

Nov. 20

Spencer A. Burden, 27, 18142 Mendon Road, Ohio City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $375 fine, one-year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Dustin Dorn, 39, 111½ Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was also fined $25 for disorderly conduct. A charge of left of center was dismissed.

Alexis E. Martin, 23, 409 S. Cass St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

Nov. 23

Angel Resler, 43, 711 N. Belmore St., Lot 26, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to failure to stop and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and perform 16 hours community service.

Nov. 24

Taylor G. Saum, 25, 205 E. Third St., Ottoville, pleaded no contest to wildlife violation and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, no similar offense in two years and weapon forfeited. He pleaded no contest to no hunting license and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine.

Jennifer J. Gillette, 24, 210 Woodland Drive, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, and perform 40 hours community service.
