LIMA — An inmate of the Allen County Jail briefly escaped custody Thursday night.
According to a report from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, a woman escaped custody while on a hospital stay at Lima Memorial Health System. She was eventually located and brought back to jail.
The woman’s identity, along with other details, were not immediately available from the sheriff’s office.
