Allen County grand jury indictments for June

An Allen County grand jury returned 15 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges are:

Ray P. Ward Jr., 22, of 218 S. Woodlawn Ave., breaking and entering, and two counts of burglary.

Rashawn L. Cannon, 18, of 1008 N. West St., aggravated burglary with a firearm, aggravated robbery with a firearm and kidnapping.

Amos K. Johnson, 31, of 236 Harrison Ave., two counts of kidnapping with a firearm, kidnapping, aggravated robbery with a firearm, three counts of felonious assault with a firearm and having weapons under disability.

Delfina D. Sanchez, 24, of Pontiac, Michigan, possession of cocaine.

Damian D. White, 25, of 1225 S. Main St., failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Donovan B. Peoples, 18, of 824 Richie Ave., burglary.

Allante R. Johnson, 24, of 531 Michael St., felonious assault with a firearm and having weapons while under disability.

Aaron R. Johnson, 21, of 217 S. Collet St., having weapons while under disability and tampering with evidence.

Daniel V. Chirillo, 59, of Baton Rouge, Michigan, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, identity fraud, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.

Jaima N. Gibson, 20, of 2145 N. Dixie Highway, Lot 76, aggravated robbery.

Horace Daniel III, 36, of 401 S. Jameson Ave., aggravated robbery with a gun and repeat violent offender specification

Scott A. May, 54, of 620 1/2 S. Metcalf St., assault.

Terrence M. Pea, 31, of 607 W. Spring St., misuse of credit card and two counts of theft.

Christopher P. Parker, 24, of 518 W. Wayne St., resisting arrest.

Angelo L. Cartwright, 29, of 332 S. Jackson St., domestic violence.
