DELPHOS — The city of Delphos Water Department will test the flow of water hydrants in the southeast section of the city on Tuesday.
Hydrants will be tested after noon, with customers south of the railroad tracks and east of Main Street potentially noticing some effects, including some possible discolration of the water and potentially lower water pressure.
