OTTAWA — The Blanchard River in Ottawa is expected to crest below its flood stage at 2 a.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
At 1:30 p.m. today, the Blanchard River sat at 21.04 feet, in action stage. Flood stage is 23 feet.
The river will be out of its action stage after 8 p.m. Tuesday, when it falls below 20 feet.
