PORT CLINTON — Columbus Grove’s 2-1 win over Evergreen in Tuesday’s D-V Regional Semifinal wasn’t a comeback story on the scoreboard, but for Lauryn Auchmuty, it was a story about getting back up.

NORWALK — On Thursday night in the Division III Regional Semifinal at Norwalk High School, Shawnee met its match.

PORT CLINTON — Ottoville returned to the regional tournament for the fourth consecutive season on Wednesday night in Port Clinton and wasted little time before jumping on top of Elyria Open Door Christian, leading to a 3-1 victory.

SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP – The Delphos St. John’s girls’ soccer program reached a milestone this season.

BOWLING GREEN — Ottawa-Glandorf scored on an early corner kick play then let its defense do its job the rest of the way on Tuesday in a 1-0 Division IV regional semifinal win against Clear Fork.

Very few things are better in the first round of the high school football playoffs than an 8-9 matchup, not to mention one between two strong area teams who didn’t meet during the regular season.
