Christopher Niese, 31, 1026 Woodside Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
April 18
Dominic A. McCrate, 28, 9907 State Route 65, Ottawa, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.
April 19
Blake J. Hoffman, 27, 5445 Campbell Road, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, and complete drug and alcohol assessment.
George W. Sherin, 30, 153 S. Oak St., Apt. C, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine.
April 20
Devin L. Moore, 19, 13018 Road J, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine and complete mental health assessment.
