LIMA — The Area Agency on Aging’s Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is seeking volunteers to service this vulnerable population.
The agency serves the elderly population receiving long-term care. This includes residents of nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, and some in-home care in Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam and Van Wert counties. Volunteers must pass a background check and will receive free training.
